Rest & Reset - Restorative Yoga Workshop
Hosted by Anna Taylor. A restorative workshop with easeful poses to nurture you through these colder months.
Open to people of all levels.
Through a series of longer held poses the body is invited to lean into the soft support of props while being wrapped in the warmth of blankets. The session closes with.a Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation.

Workshop: The Deepening – A Monthly Journey Inward
#2 – Earthing
Join John Slade in a spacious two-hour immersion devoted to breath, stillness and inquiry. A place to slow down, connect inward and explore the quieter, more refined layers of the yoga practice. Each session unfolds with gentle guidance – breathwork to ground, stillness to settle, and yoga nidrā to restore, dissolve the noise, and channel clarity. All practices optional. £25

Consciously embrace the new year with a deeply relaxing 2 hour-long sound bath, bookended with introspective meditation, and breath-work to calm the nervous system. £25

Vinyasa Flow
With Peace Alima. A practice where asanas (poses) flow from one to the next, linking breath with movement in a flowing sequence. Expect a fully rounded practice with some stretching and a variety of strengthening poses to leave you energised yet relaxed.
Workshop: Seasonal Reiki Circle
A monthly space to pause, rest, and reconnect with the changing seasons. Each session combines gentle ritual, restorative yoga, Reiki, and sound to support balance and wellbeing. £25
Yin With Sound
Join Claire Wan for a deeply restorative class combining the stillness of yin yoga with the therapeutic resonance of sound.
Qigong
Hosted by Natalie Chua. Qigong is a traditional Chinese wellness practice that nourishes mind and body through slow, flowing movements and breath. In this class, Natalie will guide you through forms that promote circulation, mobility, and soothing of the nervous system, helping you build a deeper connection with your body, energy and inner experience. Suitable for all levels.
Pregnancy Yoga
With Hosted by Yolande Jeevika Diver.Yoga is a fantastic way to get in touch with your body during pregnancy. It can ease any discomfort from your pregnancy and prepare you physically and mentally for labour and birth. This class is suitable at any stage, right up to birth.
