  • Psychotherapist, Coach and meditation teacher with a holistic approach. Nick brings a unique blend of psychotherapy, coaching, and meditation to foster personal development and mental wellbeing. Nick holds a 5-year MSc in Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapy and has extensive training in coaching and meditation practices. This integrated approach helps clients cultivate positive habits and challenge outdated patterns for lasting growth.

Having signposting services right on your doorstep makes it easier to get the help you need, when you need it. It removes barriers like travel, cost, or confusion—offering timely, trusted support in a familiar, welcoming space.

Age UK

Every Tuesday, Age UK offers a drop-in signposting service from our space, supporting people of all ages to navigate housing, benefits, healthcare, and other local services. Age UK is a national charity working to improve wellbeing and independence, offering guidance, companionship, and practical support to anyone who needs it.

Council Surgery

Islington Council holds regular councillor surgeries at the ARC Centre in Islington, providing residents with the opportunity to discuss local issues, seek advice, and connect with council services. These sessions are part of the council's commitment to accessible and responsive community engagement.
